About Us
Elevate is a basketball skills training program based in the Twin Cities, MN. Led by Jayson Edwards, Elevate offers personalized basketball skills training to help athletes elevate their game. Training is customized for each player but points of emphasis include 1) ball handling with pressure 2) reading defenses to create your own shot and 3) finishing through contact. Through high quality reps and constructive feedback, Elevate aims to build athletes' confidence on the court.
Training is offered through individual sessions or packages of eight. We facilitate 1 on 1, small group and large group training sessions. We have availability 7 days a week!!! The schedule is available here. We primarily train at Stillwater Area School District facilities, but can find alternative locations to meet clients' needs. Jayson founded Elevate Skills Development following a successful collegiate and overseas basketball career. He has deep roots in the Twin Cities and is excited to invest in the local basketball community.
Jayson has trained hundreds of players ranging from kindergarteners to collegiate athletes. He values the personal relationships he forms with his athletes and is committed to helping them elevate their game to succeed at the next level.
In addition to running Elevate, Jayson serves as the JV girls basketball coach at Woodbury High School and head coach of the Elevate 16U AAU team.
